Applications

Floor Plan and Interior Layout

The standard plan provides one flexible room that can accommodate:

  • Desks and workstations
  • Lounge seating
  • Storage cabinets
  • Display areas
  • Fitness equipment
  • Temporary sleeping furniture
  • Technical equipment

Partitions, windows, sockets, lighting, HVAC, and furniture should be confirmed before production.

Solar System Options

A project-specific system can include:

  • Roof-mounted solar panels
  • Façade-mounted solar panels
  • Inverter
  • Battery storage
  • Charge controller
  • Electrical distribution equipment
  • Grid or generator backup
  • Equipment cabinet
  • Cable and protection systems

Solar capacity is based on expected electrical loads, sunlight, orientation, and shading. Façade-mounted panels can be relocated or removed when roof-mounted panels are more practical.

Roof and Weather Protection

The roof and solar system should be designed together.

Key details include:

  • Roofing below the solar panels
  • Ridge and edge flashings
  • Solar mounting points
  • Waterproof cable penetrations
  • Gutters and downpipes
  • Rainwater discharge
  • Wind and snow loads
  • Maintenance access

Solar brackets and cables must not interrupt the main waterproofing layer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the size of model 05?

The cabin measures approximately 5780 × 4780 mm, with an external footprint of 27.6 m² / 297 sq ft.

The entrance steps extend approximately 1650 mm beyond the cabin body.

Not by default.

Off-grid performance depends on solar capacity, battery storage, inverter size, sunlight, electrical loads, and backup requirements.

They can be included as part of the confirmed solar package.

The quotation should list the panels, mounting system, inverter, batteries, cables, monitoring equipment, and installation responsibilities.

Not in the standard open-plan layout.

A kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping area, or partitions can be added as project options.

Building-kit or sectional delivery is normally recommended because the cabin is approximately 4780 mm wide.

Integrated delivery requires a route and logistics review.
